Qualifications
- Thirteen years of experience including ten years of experience with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection performing wetland delineations and assessments, wetland mitigation design and monitoring, permitting, reviewing regulatory issues, and sampling.
- Experience with marina designs, dock designs, shoreline stabilization, dredging projects
- Extensive wetland delineation experience for wetlands in southeast Florida.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of environmental resource permitting at the state and federal levels and coordination with the commenting agencies.
- Experienced in wetland mitigation design and monitoring.
- Experienced in benthic sampling for sea grass and other submerged resources.
- Experienced in the application of the statutes and rules which apply to sovereign submerged lands in Florida.
- Experienced with wetland assessments and application of the Unified Mitigation Assessment Methodology (UMAM)>
